Class Size
Classes are limited to 8 people.
Once a class is full no further reservations will be accepted. Occasionally a spot may re-open for a booked class. If you desire to be notified of any cancellations for a particular class send an email to jack@jpscoffee.com with "MBS Waiting List" as the subject line and your details in the body of the email.
Payments
Reservations can be made as far in advance as the schedule allows.
Payments are made through our secure website reservation system and Google payments, where any credit card may be used. You may also pay by check if you desire. If you choose to pay by check your class reservation will not be confirmed until your check is received and the funds are processed.
Cancellations, Transfers or Exchanges
Because of the small size of MBS classes and the planning needed for many attendees to register far in advance, registrants who cancel with less than 14 days notice will lose their registration fee (or they may transfer to another person at any time with no penalty). If notice is given more than 14 days in advance of the class start, registrants may choose to apply payments made toward a future workshops of their choice with no penalty. Once a class is registered no refunds will be given.
You may exchange or transfer a confirmed reservation to another person without penalty (please confirm with MBS ahead of time).
IMPORTANT
- If MBS must cancel a class, reservations can be transferred to another class time or you may obtain a full refund.
- MBS assumes no responsibility for cancelled events.
- MBS also recommends refundable airline/train/other tickets if travel is needed.
